Translation Marketplaces & Directories

There are a number of sites offering marketplaces for translation services. Proceed with caution - remember the Top Ten Tips! - but if you would like to boost your business, the following sites may help. I've also included some links to general resources and directories of translators where you can create a listing for free.

www.traxtime.com	TraxTime lets you record your time spent on an unlimited number of projects and generate custom reports. Great for tracking those editing jobs paid by the hour.
www.tinyurl.com	TinyURL, as the name suggests, lets you turn any long URL into a tiny one that won't wrap in emails and never expires.

Eurodicautom	Eurodicautom is the European Terminology database.

There are a number of free newsletters you can subscribe to in order to stay informed about the translation industry.
